To create a team in Portugal that would work as an extended team of his team in Germany, with the aim of creating from scratch an entire digital platform to support a new product and service of the company.

This platform allowed to leverage the business to markets such as Portugal, Brazil, India and with a clear goal of expansion to other Asian countries.

This team in Portugal has proven capable of meeting the main objective, but also of supporting Headquarters in other strategic projects, and is increasing throughout 2020.
