Solution

Development of a software layer to measure consumption patterns. Generation of real-time reports with consumption patterns by point of sale, region, country, continent and worldwide.

Creation of reporting with different views, and sales systems of the resellers, and through this tool the reseller (typically a bar) can automatically manage their beer stock and place automatic orders.

Management dashboards for decision support.

Creation of a real time global Financial Report on the Cloud.

Creation of production optimization models for the plants using AI technologies.

Creation of Devices using IoT, linked in cloud and with reports near to real time.

Outcome

• Boost IT through its inshore solution was able to put a team of about 40 of the best engineers available in Portugal in less than three months, which allowed our client to count on the best professionals and the best technological solutions;
• Always ensuring full alignment between technology and business, it was possible to create all the necessary reporting system with the various views;
